foresight mindset, CREATIVE WORKS

FORESIGHT FOR CULTURE WITH A DROP OF PLAY IN IT

Future Concept.

Museums, cultural centers, and science centers are starting to shape-shift in order to engage a culture in perpetual flux. This demands a visionary transformation of their architecture, functions, and programs to become more welcoming and to harmonize with the dynamic concepts and needs of today’s communities.

The Big Ideas.

A fruitful balance between wonder, being and humility. Being bold today means embracing emphatic change, acknowledging evolving trends, and recognising the essential nature of individual identity and personal growth. Big ideas are inspiring and invigorating to the senses.

Networks.

We know first hand how useful strong networks can be, therefore acting together in diverse international teams to steward challenges and to deliver unique and relevant cultural projects is something to strive for. Engaging in empathetic, collaborative forms of creativity would celebrate the potential placemaking of any cultural space.

Foresight Strategy

What might the future science centre be like? I strongly believe in cultural planning and forward-looking concepts guided by foresight.
We should be able to provide space for whatever might happen in the future. So, which are the subtle aspects that can future-proof your cultural sector?

Envision, plan and operate cultural spaces

Might tomorrow’s cultural space feel and look different? Crafting visionary strategies can be done for communities, cultural centers, mixed-use developments, real-estate developments, art galleries, schools, libraries, visionary playgrounds and more.

Creative
production

Is it sober or serious fun? Fun might be the most effective way for intelligence to acquire new information and evolve. Beauty, wonder, intimate, witty, inclusiveness, challenging new ideas, being porous and flexible are aspects to stand by.

Designing Learning Environments

Where would you like to learn? The landscape should not be passive, but an active participant. I strongly believe learning should happen the moment you walk into a space. There can be content-flexible spaces dedicated for instruction or open learning, spaces where architecture can heighten our senses and make us feel comfortable.

Strategic Development

Strategic concepts for future developments include key narratives, vision and objectives, based on analysis of the local situation. What is the vision of your future space? What are the values you wish to see embodied? What forms of inspiration will it ignite, and what is the foundation of its strength?

Functions and operations

Planning and developing implementable solutions that help create new visitor experiences is something that I am passionate about. Visitor flow has its beauty and the performance criteria lies beyond the programatic functions of any given space. Are there any mix-use embedded? can they be welcoming and engaging?
